Energy is a separate in-app resource. It is not FFC and it cannot itself be withdrawn.
Where the app offers an optional rewarded ad, the screen should clearly state the in-app reward before the user chooses to watch. Reward delivery is tied to the rewarded-ad completion/verification flow.
Energy ad watches can have daily limits and cooldowns. The account-specific counter shown in the app is more authoritative than static website examples.
Separating Energy from FFC makes it easier for users to understand which resource is an ad-earned utility resource and which is the app’s virtual FFC reward balance.
If an ad closes without a verified reward, do not repeatedly tap or force-close the app. Refresh the Energy status and use the in-app support flow if the server still shows no reward.
Energy can power boosts and reward multipliers. A multiplier must be chosen before the reward outcome is revealed; it is not an option to double only a large result afterward. Read the Energy cost and benefit before confirming. Spending Energy can increase FFC, and eligible FFC can be redeemable under account rules. Energy therefore can affect rewards with redeemable value even though Energy itself has no withdrawal button.
First refresh your balance and the relevant ad counter. A dismissed ad, an ad that did not fill, and a completed ad awaiting verification are different states. Keep the time of the attempt and the visible error for support. Do not click an advertisement to try to unlock a reward: ad clicks are never a reward requirement.
